HOW WE WORK
Three ways to work with Backstage Reset.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about your tour. From there, we work at the level that makes sense for your schedule, your team, and what you're trying to achieve. All three service tiers are built on the same Backstage Reset Method — addressing all six performance conditions through all three delivery pillars. The tier you choose determines the depth of implementation, not what gets addressed.
The Library gives every member of your touring party access to short, targeted sessions designed for real touring conditions. Pre-show readiness. Post-show wind-down. Travel-day tension release. Load-in warm-ups. Sleep support.
Every session needs no kit — at most a wall, a towel or a flight case — and is built around what's actually achievable on the road. Access runs for the duration of the tour.
Built on all three pillars of the Method. Available from day one.
We start with a pre-tour consultation — your schedule, travel demands, team size, venues, and performance frequency. From that we build a bespoke Reset Plan: pre-show and post-show protocols, travel-day and sleep support, and backstage environment recommendations, including rider language you can put straight into your technical or hospitality rider.
The Plan also covers how the tour runs day to day — a clear communication rhythm, a roles and contacts map, a conduct standard with a clear route for resolving friction, and an onboarding moment that sets shared values for the run. A lightweight recognition practice is built in, scaled to your tour's culture. A leadership briefing maps what to expect at each stage of the run, so tour leadership can get ahead of it rather than react to it.
Library access is included for the touring party for the duration of the tour, with a mid-tour check-in and a post-tour debrief as standard.
Built on all three pillars of the Method. Designed around your tour, not issued off a shelf.
Everything in the Custom Plan, with the addition of selective on-tour days where we join the touring party in person. On-tour days can include pre-show group regulation, post-show recovery, individual sessions with the artist or key crew, and environment consultation for backstage and dressing room spaces.
The number of on-tour days is agreed in advance and built into the tour schedule. Built on all three pillars of the Method — with on-tour presence to make sure it lands in practice, not just on paper.
For artists and management teams already working with us at the Custom Plan or On-Tour Presence level, the Touring Experience Framework is where the relationship becomes standing infrastructure — not something rebuilt from scratch for every run.
It adds what a single tour can't build on its own: a standing environment specification that travels with the artist, schedule design that reviews routing and workload before dates are confirmed, and employer brand positioning that makes your touring operation a place the best crew choose to work.
This isn't something we sell cold. It follows naturally from a tour that's already gone well.
Every engagement starts the same way.
A conversation. We want to understand your tour, your team, and what you're working with before we recommend anything. There is no standard package, because no two tours are the same.
